LEADERSHIP AND PLANNING SERVICES is the newest branch of NES. We specialize in customized training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients. Annually, 15,000 students are trained by NES on topics ranging from leadership, organizational theory and behavior, presentation excellence, customer service, National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) operations.

We offer an exceptional, diverse team led by Phil Davis, a 28 year veteran of the fire service and a noted national voice in public sector leadership training. Chief Davis recently affiliated with Phi Theta Kappa’s (www.PTK.org) Leadership and Ethics training team.
